COMPETENCIES
REQUIRED |

|
Minimum 5 years of Experience |
| |
|
Sound knowledge in fasteners making process like cold forging, secondary process, heat treatment, surface treatment & others. |
| |
|
Tooling Design knowledge in bolt former, nut former, rolling & tapping. |
| |
|
Familiar in 2D & 3D drafting like AutoCAD & Pro-e. |
| |
|
Good knowledge & experience in ISO / TS 16494 requirement & core tools like PFMEA, Control Plans, APQP & PPAP. |
| |
|
Ability to analyze & solve the quality & design issue in the shop floor. |
| |
|
Knowledge in International Standard & Indian Standard. |
| |
|
Fluency in Local language & English |
| |
|
